Sponsorship Questions

Yes, unless you are a Technology or Pharmacy partner. Technology and non-sponsoring Pharmacy partners can attend SUMMIT as a general attendee. Visit the Registration page for pass rates and more details.

Exhibit Questions

A turnkey booth includes booth structure and graphics for your display. A graphic template (based on your individual sponsorship level) will be provided so you can create your own graphics. We’ll do all the printing! You can still bring your swag and literature.

Yes! Additional booth passes can be purchased on the registration portal.

If your sponsorship package includes this added value, the attendee list will be sent to the primary contact on your profile 3-4 weeks prior to the event. An updated list will also be sent following the event. Please note, the list will NOT contain email addresses.

A floorplan of the Marketplace for booth selection will be available July 2022. You will be notified when it’s ready. Please note, booth selection is only available for Gold Sponsors and above.

Hotel Reservation

You can reserve your accommodations here.

We have a secured a block of rooms at a reduced rate of $249/night for a standard room.

The room block will be cut off on September 29, 2022.

Registration Questions

The number of passes included with your booth depends on your sponsorship level. All booths include at least ONE complimentary and ONE discounted pass ($949)

Additional passes are $1049 each (not including Partner Day). Partner Conference is an additional $249.

Once you have registered for a sponsorship/exhibit space, you may register your additional booth attendees on our registration portal using your complimentary codes.

Your pass will give you access to the entire conference.

Payment Questions

You can pay for your booth within the Partner Sponsorship Registration form here. Once your sponsorship is approved, you will receive an e-mail to submit payment or request an invoice.

No, you can pay a $5,000 deposit and you will be invoiced for the remaining balance. All fees and final payment are due net 30 days after receiving an invoice.
