

All registered attendees will receive an email from PointClickCare SUMMIT with instructions for downloading and logging into the Attendee Hub and Mobile App for SUMMIT 2025.
Please keep in mind that the app should be downloaded on the mobile device
you intend to use while you are at the conference.
With the SUMMIT Mobile app, you can:
- Build your personal agenda with appointments (if applicable) and breakout sessions
- Book SmartBar and/or DemoBar appointments
- Explore our full list of SUMMIT sponsors and speakers
- Participate in the SUMMIT 2025 Games where you can earn points to redeem at The Shop
- Stay connected and receive important event updates and notifications
- Network with fellow attendees and PointClickCare team members
- Access essential conference details and location information
Here is how you can access both tools and content:
- Sign into the Attendee Hub (the desktop version of the mobile app) using this link.
- Here is how you can filter content:
- From the homepage, click the drop-down menu Schedule.
- Select All Sessions
- Filter by Track or Organization Type to find the most valuable content for you!

- Download the PointClickCare SUMMIT App via the Apple Store or Google Play.

- From the homepage, click the Schedule tile or schedule icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select All Sessions
- Select More filters
- Select Track or Organization Type and find the most valuable content for you!
- Here is how you can filter content:
- Booking SmartBar and DemoBar Appointments
- In the desktop Attendee Hub, click the tile that says SmartBar Appointment or DemoBar Appointment, depending on the appointment you would like to book.
- It is important that you choose the right appointment type. There are different links for SmartBar appointments and DemoBar appointments.
- SmartBar Appointments: These appointments are for products you are currently using.
- DemoBar Appointments: These appointments are for products you are not currently using but are interested in exploring.

- Once your meeting is booked, it will appear in your SUMMIT schedule in the attendee hub/mobile app.
- If you need to make changes to a pre-existing appointment, please contact summitappointments@pointclickcare.com or visit the SmartBar/DemoBar while onsite at SUMMIT (located in the PointClickCare Pavilion).
- In the desktop Attendee Hub, click the tile that says SmartBar Appointment or DemoBar Appointment, depending on the appointment you would like to book.
- Download Your Schedule from Attendee Hub (desktop app)

- Go to Schedule > My Schedule in the Attendee Hub and click Download calendar at the top of the page.
- You can download your calendar, but we strongly suggest you download the mobile app to use on site during SUMMIT. It will have all your chosen sessions, included sessions, and appointments. You’ll also receive event updates and notifications via the app.
