The next PointClickCare SUMMIT will take place at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in Orlando, Florida from February 22 – 24, 2027.

Recorded General Sessions and Breakout Session PowerPoints will be available to full-conference pass holders post-event. You will also have access to the resources shared by breakout speakers (if applicable) through the Attendee Hub. The Attendee Hub will be open for 30 days post-SUMMIT.

If you are taking advantage of our pre-conference sessions (additional fee), a laptop is mandatory, but for all other sessions a laptop is optional.

Our sessions do not qualify for CE credits.

We recommend business casual attire for the conference sessions. Evening events are business casual/casual so please bring comfortable clothing and footwear. Our Gala Night will have a theme and suggested dress code – stay tuned!

Of course you can! However, if you would like them to attend the Welcome Reception or Gala Night, you must purchase a guest pass ($425 USD). A guest pass will give your guest access to the Welcome Reception and Gala Night only. All individuals attending these events must be 21+.

Typical weather in Orlando in February ranges from an average high of 22°C / 71°F and average low of 11°C / 52°F. The conference agenda takes place mainly inside with some special events outdoors, so please pack accordingly!

A full registration pass includes:

  • Welcome Reception on Monday, February 22
  • Gala Night on Wednesday, February 24
  • Access to all General Sessions, keynotes, and breakout sessions

  • Access to SmartBar and DemoBar — appointments required
  • Meals
    • Monday – Welcome Reception (light hors d’oeuvres and refreshments)
    • Tuesday – breakfast, lunch, breaks, and Wine and Cheese Reception
    • Wednesday – breakfast, lunch, breaks, and Gala Night (light hors d’oeuvres and refreshments)

Yes. To do so, go to the registration page. Once there, please click on the “Already Registered?” button and enter your information (email and confirmation number) to make the changes. You must change the name on the registration, any badge, and emergency contact information.

If you cancel on or before January 8, 2027, you will receive a 100% refund. A 50% refund will be given to attendees who cancel on or before January 31, 2027. No refunds will be offered for cancellations received on or after February 1, 2027.

To make a change to your registration (e.g., substitute an attendee), you can click HERE [insert URL] and click “Already Registered?”. Once you’ve signed in with your email and confirmation number, click “Modify Registration” and make sure to update all fields with the new information/changes you would like to make. Go through the entire form and click save.

Those wishing to attend SUMMIT can register up to the event dates. You may also register onsite but registering early offers discounts off the standard rate.

For security, we will require all SUMMIT attendees to present a valid photo ID to our registration desk to receive their badge.

On the summary page of your registration, click on “Add Group Member.” This will begin the registration of your other group members. If you have already registered, click on “Modify Registration” in your email confirmation or go back to the registration page and click on “Already Registered.” Once you can view the details of your registration, click “Add Group Member.”

A receipt/confirmation should be automatically emailed to you from Cvent. If you do not receive your confirmation, please check your junk folder or spam filter. You can also email summit@pointclickcare.com and one of our team members can send it to you.

Our reduced room rate at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort is $339/night, plus tax and resort fees. Click here to book your hotel room or call 1-888-828-4900 and mention you are booking for the PointClickCare SUMMIT 2027.

The deadline to book hotel rooms in the block is January 29, 2027. If you wait to book until after that date, we cannot guarantee rooms at the Swan and Dolphin and you may need to find accommodations elsewhere.

Check-in: 3:00 p.m.

Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

Transportation is not included to and from the airport. Orlando has multiple modes of transportation to Walt Disney World, Swan and Dolphin Resort, which include Uber, Lyft, shuttles, and local taxis.

Parking is not included for those driving to SUMMIT. Parking costs at the hotels are:

Yes, to confirm a hotel room within the group blocks, the room must be secured with a valid credit card provided by the group or guest attending SUMMIT 2027.

General Sessions: Our mainstage presentations feature industry thought leaders and trailblazers, a keynote by a special guest, PointClickCare leadership, our product roadmap, and so much more.

Breakout Sessions: Sessions hosted by PointClickCare staff, customers, partners, and industry experts. Breakout sessions take place at various times over two days: February 23-24, 2027.

PointClickCare Showcase Theater Sessions: Visit our 15-minute theater presentations, held in our PointClickCare Showcase (booth) in the Atlantic Ballroom. Check the agenda regularly for updates on theater presentations available to you.

Attendees can expect to have access to select recorded General Sessions, breakout session PowerPoints, and any resources provided by breakout session speakers (if applicable).

If you are confirmed as a speaker, you will receive a proposal acceptance email with further instructions that includes login instructions for our Speaker Portal, how to register if you haven’t already, and what template to use for your presentation. The Speaker Portal will also have key deadlines/due dates for your speaker materials.

Yes, you must bring your own laptop as one will not be provided for you.

A room captain will be assigned to your room and available for any questions you have, leading you up to your session, and audience management. They will be wearing a PointClickCare SUMMIT branded polo shirt or t-shirt.

Audience sizes will vary but please plan for 50-250 attendees to be present for your session.

General Session presentations at SUMMIT will be presented with accompanying closed captioning. If you require an assistive listening device or designated front row seat for any presentation/breakout room, please let us know.

Service animals are welcome at SUMMIT and in all spaces of the convention center.

Accommodations: Accessible rooms and suites are available as well as rooms equipped with lifts. Additional equipment is available upon request.

Conference: All levels of the West Convention Center are accessible via elevator. Should you want/need a designated front row seat for any session(s), please let us know by emailing summit@pointclickcare.com.

At SUMMIT, we will be offering a variety of food choices and options (e.g., vegan, gluten-free, vegetarian, halal, and kosher). Should you have any specific dietary restrictions or preferences, please let us know when you register for SUMMIT, or email summit@pointclickcare.com. Please note, some food being served at SUMMIT may contain nuts and will be labelled accordingly. If you have a serious food allergy or airborne allergy, please indicate this in your registration form or notify us as soon as possible so we can plan the menu accordingly.
