If I submitted a speaker proposal and have not been notified if it was accepted, what should I do?

If you have not heard from us by October 2026, please reach out to summit@pointclickcare.com and we would be happy to help.

What should I do next if I am confirmed as a speaker for SUMMIT?

If you are confirmed as a speaker, you will receive a proposal acceptance email with further instructions that includes login instructions for our Speaker Portal, how to register if you haven’t already, and what template to use for your presentation. The Speaker Portal will also have key deadlines/due dates for your speaker materials.

Where can I find the most current SUMMIT agenda?

If I need the date and time of my presentation, where can I find this information?

Presentation dates and times can be found here. If you are still unclear about your session date and time, please email summit@pointclickcare.com.

My session includes a presentation. When do I need to submit the presentation?

Please visit the Speaker Portal for presentation and other deadlines. The link would have been emailed to you in your acceptance email.

Do I need to bring a laptop if my session includes a presentation/demo?

Yes, you must bring your own laptop as one will not be provided for you.

How will I be introduced before my session?

A room captain will be assigned to your room and available for any questions you have, leading you up to your session, and audience management. They will be wearing a PointClickCare SUMMIT branded polo shirt or t-shirt.

How many people are expected to be in the room?

Audience sizes will vary but please plan for 50-250 attendees to be present for your session.
