The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort is located approximately 25 minutes by car from the Orlando International Airport (MCO), depending on time of day and traffic.

If you are participating in Pre-Conference sessions (additional cost to full conference pass), it is recommended that you arrive Sunday, February 21, 2027.
If you are not participating in Pre-Conference sessions, you should arrive on Monday, February 22, 2027—in time for the evening Welcome Reception at 7 p.m. EST.
SUMMIT concludes on the evening of Wednesday, February 24, 2027. Please book travel for any time on Thursday, February 25, 2027.
