With the health and safety of our customers, partners, staff, and vendors remaining our top priority, we ask that all attendees observe the following health and safety protocols while at SUMMIT:

- Las Vegas does not require individuals to wear a mask or face covering while indoors, but we encourage you to wear one for protection if you feel safer doing so.
- While we are not requesting proof of vaccination status, we strongly recommend that you are fully vaccinated and have received available boosters before the event.
- COVID-19 tests will not be offered at SUMMIT but if you would like to get tested:

- U.S. Residents – Order before you travel:
- Follow all state, local, and private business health and safety measures that are in place while in Las Vegas.
- Do not travel if you experience COVID-19 symptoms or test positive for COVID-19 within the last 10 days prior to attending SUMMIT to avoid the risk of infecting others.
- As per current CDC guidelines, if you have had a recent high-risk exposure, you should start taking precautions. Please refer to Isolation and Precautions for People with COVID-19.

SUMMIT Code of Conduct
The PointClickCare community is made up of a network of people with a common cause and interests, who collaborate by sharing ideas, information, and resources. It is of utmost importance to PointClickCare that every person attending one of our conferences and events has a positive and rewarding experience and to that end, we invite all sponsors, volunteers, speakers, attendees, vendors, and others (“Participants”) to help us realize a safe, respectful, and positive experience for everyone.
SUMMIT is dedicated to providing a harassment-free and inclusive event experience for everyone regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, neurodiversity, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, or other protected category. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties, and other online media. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the SUMMIT organizers.

Service animals are welcome at SUMMIT and in all spaces of the convention center.
Accommodation: Accessible rooms and suites are available as well as rooms equipped with lifts. Additional equipment is available upon request.
All levels of the West Convention Center are accessible via elevator. Should you want/need a designated front row seat for any session(s), please let us know by emailing summit@pointclickcare.com.
At SUMMIT, we will be offering a variety of food choices and options (e.g., vegan, vegetarian, halal, and kosher). Should you have any specific dietary restrictions or preferences, please let us know when you register for SUMMIT, or email summit@pointclickcare.com. Please note, some food being served at SUMMIT may contain nuts and will be labelled accordingly. If you have a serious food allergy or airborne allergy, please indicate this in your registration form or notify us as soon as possible so we can plan the menu accordingly.
